Cournelius House

Members of staff   The qualifications and experience of the management and staff are what makes Cornelius House a safe, welcoming care home.

Care staff employed in the Home are selected for their genuine empathy with the elderly. They receive training in all aspects of care and emergency procedures including fire drill. Up to thirty staff are normally employed, many of whom have served in the Home for over ten years.

Cornelius House is run by the Care Home Manager, Miss Pam Venus in conjunction with the owner, Mr John Kellas. Local to Chichester, Miss Pam Venus is qualified in Business Management for Carers (NVQ4) and holds the Registered Managers' Award. She has worked at Cornelius House for over ten years. Mr John Kellas is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years experience in all aspects of company administration.
