Cornelius House retains the feel of a small close knit community with twenty rooms organised over three floors of the House. Most of the rooms are on the ground floor, with doors leading onto the garden; those on the upper two floors are serviced by a passenger lift.
Each room has a distinctly different and individual feel as residents are able to bring their own furniture, if they like and add personal touches.
Yet common to all rooms are certain key features: en-suite facilities, colour television, individual call bell alarm, telephone point, internet access, door lock, and a secure lockable storage facility in each, making every room safe secure and comfortable, and exceeding Care Standards requirements in terms of size and appointment.

Should you find your first room of choice is not initially available, when a room becomes vacant existing residents are given first choice.
